I graduated from St. Joseph High School, Metuchen in 1994 and continued my academic development at Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C. where I played NCAA Lacrosse. With my goals set on entering the family business, I graduated from the Evergreen State College with a Bachelor's in Science and went on to graduate from American Academy McCallister Institute of Mortuary Science a year later. Shortly after I gained my New Jersey State Funeral Director's License in 2001
Upon my father John's retirement in 2006, I was named manager of the funeral home, the position I hold today. I am happy to use my years of experience in all aspects of funeral service to assist any family accomplish their end of life needs. My commitment to the families I serve at the funeral home is as strong and steadfast as my commitment to my own family. I am a proud father of two wonderful sons and a daughter and husband of a beautiful wife, Susan . We live conveniently above our funeral home.
In the winters, I enjoy skiing with my family. During the summers, my family and I enjoy spending time on the beautiful Jersey coast. I am also an avid offshore fisherman and still participate in the game of Lacrosse. I was a principle in the North Brunswick Recreational Lacrosse Program for over fifteen years and serve as an active member of St. Matthias Parish and a past member of the St. Matthias Pastoral Council.

Anthony joined the funeral home staff in 2011.He is a graduate of the Mercer County Community College Mortuary Science Program in 2010. He was raised in Bridgewater and Raritan Township before relocating with his wife and children.
It was at a young age he decided to become a funeral director. His attention to detail and gentle demeanor makes him an asset to the Gleason Funeral Home. He serves individuals and families with high standards of professionalism, dignity and respect.
Anthony enjoys hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Above all he cherishes time with his wife and his two sons Anthony Jr. and Vincent.
